Housing Resources Trust

AGR’s Housing Resources Trust Board (HRT) developed a program to help chapters defer the cost for acquiring professional assessments of chapter houses. HRT Trustees help perform assessments that cover everything from immediate needs to long-term planning. These individuals recognize industry trends and understand AGR’s housing needs.

HRT Housing Assessment

An in-depth, professional look at the overall “health” of the chapter house and property. HRT Trustees identified a small group of companies who have broad experience and serve states in which our chapters are located. The HRT Board will match one-third of the assessment costs up to a total of $6,000. After the assessment, the chapter will be able to plan the best approach for improving their chapter house.
