RANGITOTO VOLCANIC EXPLORER TOUR Hop aboard this 4WD tour and learn about Rangitoto’s fiery past. Journey through the largest Pohutukawa forest in the world, a treasured fern glen and rugged lava terrain as you make your way to the base of the summit of Rangitoto. From there it’s a 900-metre walk along a scenic boardwalk to the top. Here you’ll be rewarded with 360-degree views of Auckland City and the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. Your guide will accompany you back to the road train to continue the commentated tour, taking in the western side of the island and back to your return sailing.

TIRITIRI MATANGI ISLAND Surrender your senses to the beauty and magic of Tiritiri Matangi Island, situated in the Hauraki Gulf and only a 75 minute ferry trip from Auckland (via Gulf Harbour). Tiritiri Matangi is one of the world’s most successful volunteer conservation projects.
