Mary Richter

Mary Richter joined Allen-Stevenson in May as Director of Development after seven years in development at the Brearley School, first as Annual Fund Director and more recently as Campaign Director. She was born and raised on the Upper West Side, where she still lives, and graduated from Nightingale-Bamford and Bates College. Mary likes to run in Central Park and enjoys good food and wine.

Elizabeth Storch

Liz Storch joined Allen-Stevenson in August of 2008 as a Library Associate. She graduated from Wellesley College in 1981 and from Northwestern University School of Law in 1985. Liz has been a long-time volunteer in the A-S library and with the Parents Association. Previously, Liz was a Partner at the law firm Sidley Austin LLP. She loves to read and enjoys playing tennis. Liz is also the mother of Matthew Schwolsky ’11.

Kim G. Sklow

Nikyda Scott

Niky Scott is a new Kindergarten Associate Teacher. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Educational Studies with a concentration in Gender and Education from Trinity College and a Master's of Professional Studies Degree in Childhood & Special Education and NYS certification from Manhattanville College. Niky taught Second Grade at New Canaan Country School in Connecticut and was a full-time nanny in Greenwich as well. Outside of school, Niky enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to curl up with a book and just relax.

Kim Gutfleish Sklow joined Allen-Stevenson this fall as an Upper School History teacher. She received her bachelor's degree from Colgate University and a master's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Kim taught at Dwight-Englewood School in New Jersey for fourteen years. Kim spends her summers running an all-girls sleep away camp in the Adirondacks. She loves to read, keep fit and spend time with her family.

David R. Sutton

Diana Tully

David Sutton joins Allen-Stevenson this year as a Fifth Grade homeroom teacher. David was born in South Africa and came to New York after graduating from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. David received a B.B.A. Degree in Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University in New York. Until this year, David taught at Hunter College Elementary School. He earned his Ms. Ed from Hunter College and is working towards a Certificate in Gifted Education from there. David enjoys traveling with his family and spending many happy hours in the various playgrounds of Central Park with his wife Michelle, daughters Maya (five) and Gemma (three), his son Julian (five weeks), and dog, Gracie.

Diana Tully returns to Allen-Stevenson this fall as the Sixth-Ninth Grades French teacher. She taught Fifth Grade at Allen-Stevenson for many years, as well as Sixth Grade French. This past year she worked part-time for the Trust for Public Land, teaching playground design in public schools throughout the city. Diana has a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Princeton University, and a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She has taught French at the Rassias Summer Institute at Dartmouth College. She loves living in New York City with her 3-year-old daughter, Avril Rose, and her husband, John.
