This past year has been one of incredible loss and we want to take a moment to acknowledge those who have passed away in our AllenStevenson community. We recognize that there are many of whom we are not aware and we extend our deepest sympathies to all of our families and friends who have been affected. Going forward, we will also be including a list of names of any community members, whether parents, grandparents or past faculty and staff members, who have passed away. F. Richards Ford, III ’42
Alumni F. Richards Ford, III '42 passed away in January 2021. He will be missed for his kindness, generosity and charm. Anyone lucky enough to have known him, will be forever touched by his kindness, generosity, and charm. Nothing gave him a bigger thrill than to help people with caring advice drawn from a vast reservoir of knowledge and experience.
J. Carter Fahy ’43 J. Carter Fahy '43 passed away on January 1, 2021. He was an inspiration to his nine nieces and nephews, encouraging and empowering them to fulfill their aspirations. Carter also demonstrated an active interest in the Feminist Movement of Betty Friedan, with charitable donations concerning development of healthy communities to assure children the support they need for a healthy personal and family life.
Adam Wacht ’78 Adam Wacht '78 passed away on January 23, 2021. He will be remembered as a funny, carefree, loyal husband, father and friend. He will be missed greatly by his family and all who knew him. He truly was one of a kind.
