Zetalase XLT

Zetalase XLT features a continuous marking field up to 24" x 24" while maintaining a small beam diameter with high energy output. ATLAS

Large Format XYZ System

ATLAS is equipped with a combination gantry/stage XY system with a marking field of 48"L x 24"W. In addition, the system features a programmable Z axis and ability to add a rotary accessory for marking the outside diameter of round parts. The interior includes a large breadboard tooling plate and a lowered base for easy access to load and unload fixtures and components. Kern Laser Systems Large Format Engravers/Cutters

The Kern product line of CO2 and Fiber Laser Systems includes six different CO2 or Fiber laser cutters and engravers. Each laser comes in a variety of table sizes and wattages giving you the capability to process everything from plastics and leather to natural stone and stainless steel.

MICRO

The Kern MICRO is a flexible small format laser system that can be equipped with the same powerful CO2 lasers as Kern's large format models. The MICRO comes standard with high-speed engraving technology and a moving Y-axis bed for fast, accurate vector cutting.

OptiDual

EcoFlex

The EcoFlex is Kern's entry-level large format model. Many of the highquality components used on their high-performance line are also used on the EcoFlex, including the laser, power supplies, vacuum blowers and computer system. The result is a workhorse laser system designed for non-metal cutting applications.

The OptiDual was specially designed for customers that require a laser system capable of high production printing. The second laser in connected to the master laser by an adjustable bar. As the master laser is cutting a part, the second laser will be cutting the part just inches away. Both lasers output power can be matched within the KCAM software. This ensures that the parts being produced are similar in size, accuracy and quality.

OptiFlex

The OptiFlex is Kern's flagship large format laser system. The HyperDual motion package is setting the standard for large format laser cutting and engraving across the world. This improved system features a rack and pinion design and powerful servo motors at each side of the laser table. The X-axis has twin linerar rails and a thick steel reinforced belt for added durability. Standard features included are a water chilling unit, vacuum blower package, computer/monitor package and design software.

The LaserCELL's Class 2 safety encloser allows the system to be placed in high-traffic areas, such as busy factory floors and university classrooms. Access points are available at the front, back and each side of the machine, making part loading and maintenance simple and convenient.

The FiberCELL is a compact sheet metal fabricating fiber laser system, capable of cutting a variety of metals such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass and copper. A Class 2 safety enclosure allows the system to be placed in high traffic areas. Special polycarbonate windows are installed to ensure harmful laser wavelengths are filtered and cannot leave the enclosure.
