Step 1: Pour a small amount of baking soda into a dish. Step 2: Pour some water or mouthwash into the dish with the baking soda.

Step 3: Use your toothbrush or to stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste. It should be similar to toothpaste. Add more baking soda to make it thicker and more liquid to loosen it up. Step 4: Apply the whitening past to your toothbrush and use it to brush you teeth as you normally would. Allow the paste to stay on your teeth for several minutes for maximum results.
