Winter Chills... are multiplyin’

Red Hot Arts Central Australia provides accessible spaces, workshops, supports and events to facilitate, promote and build the capacity of arts and local artists. One of our favourite parts of working in the vibrant 67 Bath Street building is our weekly visits from individuals and organisations, who hire our studio and workshop space to engage in a vast array of artistic practice – dancing, art-making, theatre devising and drumming lessons, to name a few! At the moment, on Tuesdays we’ve got West African Dance Classes on at 5.30pm and on Thursdays there’s another chance to dance at No Lights No Lycra at 6pm. Our rehearsal studio and workshop space is available to hire to anyone in the community – head to our website at redhotarts.com.au if you need a space to help support your practice! We’ve also been gearing up to launch a series of exciting Winter Chill events which will also be held here at RHACA at 67 Bath Street, proudly supported by the Northern Territory Government. We transformed our workshop space and backyard last year into a vibrant Desert Festival hub and we’re excited to activate this centrally-located space again with this program of events. The Winter Chill events will be held on Saturday 16th July and Saturday 23rd July – put that in your calendar and save the date for two nights of community connection with curated live entertainment!
