INGREDIENTS For 6 persons - 500 g mascarpone - 1 package of Strawberries Tagada - 6 meringues - 6 eggs - 75 g sugar

PREPARATION Separate the white of egg yolks. Add the sugar and mascarpone with yellow and beat until a cream. Mount the white snow very firm. Put them gently in preparation for the mascarpone. Keep them cool. Break the meringues into small pieces. Put some strawberries Tagada in the bottom of six cuts. Cover the pieces of meringue and then a thick layer of creamy mascarpone. Repeat once. Finish with some strawberries and Tagada cool place for at least 1 hour.
