Taboulé aux dattes et au poulet caramélisé Taboulé with dates and caramelized chicken

INGREDIENTS For 6 persons - semolina couscous to average: 500 g - dates: 18 - white chicken: 3 small - blond grapes: 50 g - red pepper: 1 - onion: 2 - Honey: 3 c. soup - olive oil (+ 1 tbsp): 7 cl - Mint: 15 sheets - salt, pepper

PREPARATION Pit dates and cut them into pieces. Put them in a bowl with grapes, semolina and 7 cl of olive oil. Salt and pepper. Cover with water to the water boiling, put a lid and let inflate. When all the water has been absorbed, corn with a fork. Book cool. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Do it back in the remaining oil until golden. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with honey and let simmer gently until the chicken is caramelized. Wash, épépinez pepper and cut into very small dice. Wash, dry, effeuillez and finely chop the mint. Add chicken, pepper and mint to the semolina, mix well and keep cool until ready to serve.
