lexa Ultra-lightweight blanks were the ultimate goal at the development of the new LEXA series. By application of premium carbon fiber mats with the highest carbon fiber percentage technically feasible, we succeeded in developing extremely lightweight rods, which were not available within this price range until now. For example the 2.7m version with a casting weight from 30-60g weighs only incredible 160 gram! In addition the X45 construction contributes considerably to the fast action and the high resilience. The spin fishing models with a casting weight above 50g are designed comparatively stiff for fishing with shads, while the jigger-models feature a distinct tip action. To maximize the weight reduction, we didn’t use any metal applications and cosmetic effects – at the LEXA the pristine blank is emphasized. A classic design in combination with a slim handle made from premium natural cork completes the appearance of these exceptional rods. The model 11110-250 is equipped with an EVA-handle and features an unequal division. This rod is also perfectly applicable for sea fishing for cod or sea bass.
