MARK EXPLORATION
I approached the mark exploration trying to think about the simplest way of representing a cell - the circle, or the hexigon. The circle lends a softness where the hexigon borders on the clinical, so the next task was to take these shapes and find ways to incorporate the concept of nutrition and health. I think the mark should be a simple, solid shape, something elegant but not meaninglessly minimal. Of these I think my favorite is the third down on the far right, because it has the leaf element and the stem has been made to look like a supplement capsule, the organic and the clinical coming together in a very simple way.

COLOUR PALETTE 1 - MATCHA GREEN
This colour palette begins and ends with the vibrant matcha green shade. I think this shade of green is very succulent and hungry-making, and especially liked the idea of the branding being maingly ivory, and black with the green used for punch, such as in the example below where the vibrant green is a suprise in the interior of the box. I think it would pair well with elegant linework for a minimal and modern take on old world botanicals (see the example on the far right)

COLOUR PALETTE 2 - PASTELS
This colour palette follows the original mood board more directly, opting for soft neutral earth tones done in a simple matte way. Like the first colour palette, I think this would best be accompanied by simple, clean text and linework, though where the first colour palette would work well with clean geometric lines, I think without the punchy green to add drama that this palette would be better served by expressive linework with organic flair, such as in the example on the bottom right.
