95 Caratteristiche della Testiera Headstalls Features La testiera è un finimento utilizzato per la comunicazione con il cavallo ed il suo controllo: è infatti una parte delle briglie. La testiera viene adattata attorno alla testa del cavallo, e ha in genere lo scopo di sostenere l'imboccatura. Di regola non è progettata per legare il cavallo a un supporto fisso. La testiera utilizzata per la monta western, in genere non ha una capezzina. Molte testiere western non hanno nemmeno un frontalino, o hanno un striscia di cuoio che circonda solo un orecchio. Le redini non sono collegate fra loro all'estremità. The headstall is a harness used for communication with the horse and its control: it is a part of the bridle. The headstall is fitted around the horse's head, and generally has the aim of supporting the mouth. As a rule it is not designed to tie the horse to a fixed support. The headstall used for western riding, usually does not have a noseband. Many western headboards do not even have a cover, or have a strip of leather that surrounds only one ear. The reins are not connected together at the end.
