I would like to extend a warm welcome to all attending here today for this celebratory Lunch as part of our Centenary Celebrations.

As Chairman, I would like to thank my colleagues in the Munster Football Association for giving me the opportunity to represent Amateur Football in Munster, during this centenary year. It is an honour for both myself and my family to do so. During the Month of May & June various Provincial and National finals will be played in Turners Cross both Male & Female and we are delighted to be hosting these finals, especially with a strong Munster representation in the National finals.

I would also like to wish all teams Playing in those Finals the very best of luck on the day and hope that they enjoy the special occasion that can be experienced Playing in the Cross.

I would also like to thank all the Council Members of the Munster Football Association past and present that served football so well over the past 100 years
