Small postal services met on Åland island

During two intensive days in the beginning of June, eight of the 13 small postal administrations forming the Sepac stamp group met in Åland for their annual conference. Organized as a platform for the members to discuss joint projects and exchange ideas and expertise, the members also decided on the themes for the 2020 and 2021 Sepac issues. Furthermore, the 2018 Sepac folder on the theme spectacular views was given the green light for printing. Read more about the folder on page 25. The meeting concluded by thanking Anita Häggblom, recently retired Director of Åland Post Stamps and first Chair of the Sepac group back in 2007.

Meeting on the island of Silverskär in the Saltvik archipelago, the participants were also treated to a boat tour at sunset and freshly caught and newly smoked perch.
