For you who enjoy model cars, a turquoise green 1967 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe will be ready to roll at the end of the year. This classic Chevy is model number 3 in the short nostalgia car series issued by Åland Post. It is now available to order using the order form.

Ålanders love their cars, in fact, so much that the number of cars in the province increases more than the population according to recent statistics of motor vehicles (2016). More than 300 veteran cars roll in Åland, and American 60’s cars are highly desirable among Ålanders interested in cars. Among the most common veteran cars in Åland, Chevrolet models rank third immediately after Volkswagen which is otherwise the most common car brand in Åland.

Launched only last year, you are still in time to start a collection of this outstanding new model car series. The first two model cars, a 1968 Ford Mustang and Mercedes-Benz, are also listed on the order form.

Manufactured by Premium & Collectibles Trading Co. Ltd, all model cars come in scale 1:43. The car is delivered in a specially designed transparent plastic box in which it is mounted on a black plinth with information about the car model. A numbered certificate of authenticity is always included in the box. Note that the limited edition of nostalgia car no. 3 is only 1600.
