CRUISE NEWS For Seven Seas Voyager, the line has added a 30-night Dubai to Cape Town cruise which will have overnight calls in Mumbai, India; Male, Maldives; Port Victoria, Seychelles and Cape Town, South Africa with visits to Mombasa, Kenya; Zanzibar, Tanzania; Maputo, Mozambique; and Richard’s Bay and Durban, South Africa. The company has also created a number of Mediterranean sailings that have a similar itinerary as previously offered. Seven Seas Mariner’s previouslyscheduled Mediterranean cruises from 23 September to 18 December 2014 as well as Seven Seas Voyager’s 21 October to 28 November 2014 cruises have been cancelled to allow for the new cruises. Prices lead in at £4,649 per person for the 10-night South Pacific cruise roundtrip from Papeete. Hebridean Princess The luxury, small-ship cruiseline will be returning to Norway in 2014 after a fiveyear absence. Three new itineraries - Norwegian Symphony, Footloose in the Fjords and Majestic Sognefjord - are planned for August.

Royal Scotsman train again for 2014 to offer the pre-cruise extension package that includes two or three nights on the Royal Scotsman, overnight stay at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and a chauffeur-driven transfer to the private coach in Glasgow.
News from the CLIA UK & Ireland The cruise association CLIA UK & Ireland, formerly the Passenger Shipping Association, has a number of big events for agents to get involved in this year. CLIA Luxury Expo Dover – September 2-3 Three luxury cruise ships will be in Dover during this two-day event so agents can experience what five-star cruising is really like. There will be ship visits to Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity and Seabourn Sojourn alongside a trade fair and a dinner at Canterbury Lodge, within the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral. A first for delegates will also be the opportunity to ‘virtually’ visit Regent Seven Seas’ Voyager, which will be docked in Southampton. Delegates will also be able visit six ships provided by eWaterways, Lueftner Cruises, Riviera Travel, Shearings, The River Cruise Line and Uniworld. A trade fair and meeting opportunities will take place on Sunday morning followed by the conference in the afternoon, with ship visits taking place on Monday.
