Studio Outline
The studio aims to develop an ability to sensitively understand contextual scale in terms of Interiors using predefined volumes – the containers. The contextual study gives the students an understanding on how to comprehend a given site(s), surroundings, and user group and translate that into an urban-interior insert within containers. Further generating an appropriate program and brief along with defining their contextual requirements. Hence, enhancing the ability to analyses and interpret information as relevant to space designing from concept development and final design insert. Each part will have new visualizations in the form of different mediums. Students will learn to represent their understanding and design concept in form of visuals, technical drawings, and 3D renderings as a final design proposal.
