Worried about co-payments? Don’t be! Co-payments only apply when you visit a hospital that is out of the EVO network. Under these conditions, you will NOT have to make the co-payment if: •
You don’t have reasonable access to a hospital within the network; or

You are travelling; or
•
You are hospitalised in an emergency; or
•
You require specialised care that is not available through the nominated healthcare providers.
