Create a safety notice In the Communication folder, click Safety, and then Add Document. In the Safety Violation document window, the new safety notice is assigned the next available number and the current date is entered.
Edit the Type, To, From, Number, and Title fields as necessary.
Viewing or changing safety notice details Expand the Status section to view or change the ball in court contact, priority, status, and so on of the safety document. Use the Employee section to enter information about the employee.
