Our products are sold in full cases only. Cases are packed only as specified in the catalog. The dimensions and weights on the products, as stated, are approximate. If there is any question regarding availability of an item, please contact your salesperson or refer to our website.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
Reports of damages or shortages on all shipments should be directed to your Knud Nielsen Company salesperson within 10 business days from receipt of goods.
All shortages or damages must be noted on bill of lading upon acceptance of goods from the common carrier.
Knud Nielsen Company will not issue credit for carton shortages on shipments that are signed clear or subject to count.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Authorization by our Claims Department is required prior to returning goods and issuance of credit where applicable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged where applicable.
