SEPT. 5 Becoming a citizen The public library in Mount Dora is off ering a free citizenship class with a volunteer instructor who has been through the citizenship process. This includes speaking, reading, and writing in English, as well as learning history and government. The class continues for five weeks. Register at the circulation desk.
