MemberShip GET ON BOARD THE
Ahoy Sorors!
It has been a busy voyage on the MemberShip. We are preparing to dock at home for the holidays. The membership retreat survey link was in the Tea Rose for a month. However, only fifty –five sorors completed the survey. The results are below:
Overall comments:

- the retreat was enjoyable
-the registration was easy to complete
-continue as a weekend in conjunction with the Day of Prayer
- approved of the agenda
Areas for improvement:
-appetizer or dinner served on Friday evening
-additional breaks between workshops
-more time or activities to interact with each other
Membership Experience
The Basileus and Membership Chairman must be certified prior to the chapter facilitating the Membership Experience. The November class filled up and we were not able to attend due to Graduate Advisors and undergraduates receiving priority. At this time, the next opportunity to take the class is during the Leadership Conference in July.
Mentoring
Stay tuned for details regarding the Mentoring Program which will focus on providing mentors for reactivating, transferring and newly initiated Sorors.
Congratulations October Soror in the Spotlight

Soror Sarina Babb!
