Strength in the Time of Grief

The Great Lakes Spiritual Oversight Committee has been conducting the Great Lakes Prayer Call: Greater in Faith since September 22, 2022 each month on the First and Third Thursday in each month. We have covered the following topics from September to March, Faith, Hope, Trust, Grateful, Forgiveness, Love, Kindness, Patience Integrity, Healing, Prayer, Peace and Strength. Please join us!

Meditation and Prayers were held during the 92nd Great Lakes Regional Conference in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday March 3rd and Saturday March 4th, covering the topics of Grace, Mercy, Love, Joy and Peace. Meditations and Prayers by Sorors Josephine Furlow and Kimberly Williams-Prater were also included.

The Spiritual Oversight Committee conducted a workshop entitled "Spiritual Oversight-Renewed Strength: Soaring High on Wings- A Spiritually Uplifting Experience" during regional conference. The scripture was Isaiah 40:31. The workshop covered Grief and Lost and was led by Soror Denise Ali. Supplemental information entitled "PRAYER" was distributed to all attendees by Soror Carolyn Agee Hunter

The Spiritual Oversight Committee is also working on putting together a list of Pastors, Ministers, Evangelists and Prayer Warriors in the Great Lakes Region
