Homecoming 2022

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Lambda Mu Chapter was excited to welcome our Sorors back to campus for this year’s homecoming. The chapter hosted a plethora of events throughout the weekend, and were ecstatic seeing so many Sorors come back to Oxford. The weekend commenced with an open suite, where alumna had the opportunity to receive our 2022 homecoming shirts, and meet the current chapter On Saturday, October 8 th , we attended the homecoming tailgate and game and had a wonderful time together Finishing the weekend, the chapter hosted a commemorative brunch, celebrating the weekend we spent together

Mr. Pink Panther Scholarship Pageant

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Lambda Mu Chapter was ecstatic to announce their annual signature program, the Mr. Pink Panther Scholarship Pageant, held on November 6 th , 2022. The pageant gives male-identifying students on campus the opportunity to showcase their talents, charisma, and character to win a book scholarship

Additionally, the contestants are raising money for the Refugees in America Assistance Program, a program that offers services and resources to those taking refuge within the United States. The Lambda Mu Chapter could not be more excited to host this program in person for the first time since 2019
