Why the Change? As per our reaccreditation Process - Domain A Standard 1: The board of directors and the superintendent embark on an extensive and inclusive exercise in revisioning the guiding statements to create ones that are current, meaningful, and aspirational in driving the school's development.
Who was Involved? Revisioning Partners: Students, Parents, Teachers, Leaders, Board
How did We Collaborate? Analyzed, consolidated, refined, and crafted statements based on over 180 community survey responses to the following questions: What is AISL’s purpose? What is the school seeking to achieve for our students? What makes AISL so special and differentiates us from others? Identify the most important values that should guide our behavior and actions as a community. Describe 3-5 concrete and compelling points of what AISL aspires to be in 5-10 years.
