To develop leadership qualities in students and provide them with a glimpse of administrative operations, a school prefectural board was formed after rigorous interviews and selection. The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 202324 took place on May 4,2023, with the Education Director of the School as the Chief Guest.

The enchanting performance created a lively and entertaining atmosphere, leaving an everlasting impression on the student’s minds. The magician's innovative ideas made the experience truly incredible for all.

To honor the unconditional love of mothers, students from LKG to III engaged in a card-making activity on May 3 and May 9, 2023. With great enthusiasm, the children crafted beautiful cards using eco-friendly materials. These heartfelt creations served as delightful surprises for their mothers, expressing their love and gratitude.
Celebrate and honor the essence of motherhood on Mother's Day! To capture the depth of emotions, students from classes VI to VIII embarked on a magical journey of Acrostic Poems on May 9, 2023. With pens as their wands, they weaved heartfelt verses that painted vivid portraits of their mothers' love. These creative masterpieces became precious gifts, tenderly conveying gratitude, and admiration. Let the power of words enchant and celebrate the extraordinary bond between mother and child on this special day.

Young learners from LKG to III at Air Force School, Srinagar, embarked on a captivating self-introduction competition on May 10, 2023. Confidently addressing an eager audience and discerning judges, their self-expression left a lasting mark, boosting their confidence.
Extempore is one such method, which assists the students, not only in thinking on their own but also in voicing their creative ideas with precision. Our school always thrives to cater to the all-round development of their students. The focus of the school has always been on improving the soft skills amongst the students. With this intention in mind, an extempore competition was held for the students of class IV to VIII, on 10 May 2023.
School recently organized an Inter-House Kho-Kho Competition, recognizing the significant role sports play in shaping a child's personality. The students participated with enthusiasm, showcasing their sportsmanship and skills in building fitness, self-defense, and concentration. The competition featured all four houses (Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue), each fielding their teams. The players demonstrated exceptional effort, striving for victory. The first match saw Green House compete against Blue House, while Red House faced off against Yellow House in the second match. Yellow and Blue House emerged victorious in their respective matches, advancing to the final showdown held on May 12, 2023. Ultimately, Blue House emerged triumphant, earning the championship title and the coveted trophy.
A workshop on "G20" was conducted on May 11, 2023, led by Miss Shazia NTT and Mrs. Amarjeet Kaur, with an additional session held on May 12, 2023, led by PRT. The G20, also known as the Group of Twenty, consists of 19 countries and the European Union. These nations are among the largest and most influential globally, convening to discuss crucial matters such as economics, employment, and environmental issues.
In a thrilling display of sportsmanship, Air Force School, Srinagar hosted an InterHouse Handball tournament in May 2023. Filled with passion and zeal, students from classes V to VIII formed formidable teams representing their vibrant houses: Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue. The tournament kicked off with a gripping match between Green House and Blue House, followed by an intense showdown between Red House and Yellow House. As anticipation soared, Red House and Blue House emerged triumphant, earning their place in the final match held on May 12, 2023. With hearts pounding and determination ablaze, Red House emerged as the victors, securing the coveted championship trophy.
CREATICITY is organizing a ludo competition which can be joined by any age group of people like kids, teenagers, and adults. LUDO is a very entertaining and popular game played everywhere. An Inter class Ludo competition was held on 11 May, by pre-primary wing of Air force school, Srinagar. Children enjoyed with zeal and zest.

Air force school; Srinagar conducted the Inter House Football tournament in May 2023. Students participated in a sportive spirit with a great zeal. All four houses from classes III to IV (Red, Green, Yellow and Blue) participated in the event. The first match was played between green house and blue house, and second match was between red house and Yellow House. Yellow and Blue House won the first match and will play the finals.
• “Children are great imitators, give them something great to imitate” Role play is an activity presenting a small act where the participants get an opportunity to imitate different character. It offers a chance to the participants to gain experience, showcase speaking and presentation skills and uncover personal aptitude. The Inter- class Role play was organized for the students of grade I to III on 27 May 2023.
• The theme was Helpers.
• A heartfelt thank - you letter send a strong message to the sponsor that you value their contribution and are grateful for the help. Class Activity of “Thank you letter to helpers” was organized for the students of classes Iv & V on 27 May 2023.
• “Making and giving badges and flowers to helpers” class activity was organized for the students of classes VI to VIII, on 27 May 2023.
Morning assemblies undoubtedly hold the numerous uno position out of all the routine activities in a school. It aids community participation as well as hones the skills of children on account of healthy competitive spirit between different groups. Probably it is the first platform which is provided to young minds, boosting their confidence towards public speaking, and imbibing the feeling of team spirit in their nascent minds.
On May 31st, 2023, Miss A. Shome conducted an engaging workshop for teachers at Air Force School Srinagar, providing insights into the G20 and its impact on global economic policies. She emphasized the G20's role as a forum for international cooperation and addressed topics such as sustainable development, climate change, and trade. Miss Shome encouraged teachers to integrate global issues into their teaching methods and shared resources to enhance students' understanding of the world economy. The workshop fostered a collaborative learning environment, allowing teachers to discuss their experiences and seek guidance on effectively teaching G20-related topics to their students.
