Back out on the water, of course, to stay inspired and continue
to create the most innovative cutting-edge whitewater products for another 25 (or, hopefully, more!) years. We’re not content to rest on our laurels. We worked hard to get where we are and we’ll work harder to maintain that position. This “work” frequently takes us out to rivers and lakes, and there’s not a single season we’re not enjoying some time working on the water. AIRE kayaks and rafts are, by design, made durable enough to paddle in creeks swollen with spring runoff, placid western freestone rivers in the summer, scenic lakes reflecting autumn’s colors and hard-charging winter whitewater. These are premium boats manufactured with highquality materials that hold up well against river abuse no matter what time of year you’re out there. Another year of paddling lies ahead. We’re still excited about some of the recent additions to our lineup—like the Sabertooth frameless cataraft and the SUP CruzAIRE—and the updates we’ve made to other products. We are particularly exicted to get the new SUP, ChargAIRE, out on the rivers. We’re looking forward to enjoying all four seasons on the water and hope that you’ll join us out there.

Our warranty covers all the labor and material costs of fixing your boat, even when the damage happens off the river. If you have a problem, send your boat to AIRE and we will fix it for free within 10 years of the original purchase date. If it’s our fault, we’ll pay the return shipping. (See details on p. 33)
2. Proudly made in the USA All AIRE branded boats are made right here in Meridian, Idaho, USA. Each AIRE boat is designed and produced to live up to the standards of whitewater enthusiasts which includes our team here at AIRE. We build boats, package boats, sell boats, ship boats and at the end of the day, we get out on the water and go boating.
3. Bomber quality We test our fabric, parts and construction for every boat we make and with 25 years of boat building experience we have learned what to expect out of our equipment and materials. We wouldn’t offer a 10 year, no fault warranty if we didn’t believe in our quality.
4. Built to perform At standard operating pressure, our rafts, catarafts and kayaks don’t bend like wet noodles in whitewater. The combination of Precontraint® PVC and the AIREcell system creates a stiff, responsive boat which is critical for making big moves in rapids and punching through munchy holes.

How it’s built:
• ( RFP) is constructed by sewing the PVC floor top and bottom to a zipper along the perimeter edge of the floor pocket. • An air floor AIREcell is placed inside the pocket which keeps the floor rigid and buoyant. • Drain holes are built into the bottom of the floor pocket.
• ( SFP) is constructed by welding the PVC floor top and bottom together along the perimeter to form a water proof pocket. • Two Watertight zippers are installed on the floor top to access the air floor AIREcell. • 3 valves are installed. The inflation valve, the pressure relief valve and a burp valve that relieves air pressure caught between the AIREcell and the floor pocket.
Design Advantages: • A ids in tracking and stability. • While on the river, water will enter the drain holes and add ballast to the boat. • This extra ballast creates a low center of gravity which helps the raft ‘stick’ to the water and can sometimes help prevent a flip.
Recommended for: • T his design comes standard with all our rafts. • Great choice for paddle rafts of all sizes. • Rafting big and technical whitewater.

Two different types of self-bailing floor pockets are available for all AIRE brand rafts. The Regular Floor Pocket comes standard with all AIRE rafts while the Sealed Floor Pocket is optional ($460).
Design Advantages: • T he SFP does not take on any water to ballast, this will make the raft slightly faster and more responsive in whitewater. • Owners don’t have to wait a couple minutes at the take out for water to drain out of the raft floor pocket. • No need to rinse out the floor pocket after a trip down a silty river.
Recommended for: • G ood choice for rowing large, gear hauling rafts. • Rivers that require portages. • The SFP is a good option when mostly running silty rivers.

STANDARD FEATURES AIRE and Tributary rafts, catarafts and kayaks are equipped with the followi ng features: 1 O uter PVC Shell – Our PVC material is manufactured under tension for added tear strength, durability and dimensional stability. The PVC fabric wraps 100% of the boat to protect the air holding layer. 2 A IREcell System – The air holding layer is a thermowelded bladder that is protected by the shell, easy to access and provides superior air retention. 3 W elded Seams – All our seams are thermo or radio frequency welded, we do not use any glue. This creates stronger, more consistent seams that do not fail over time. 4 C ontinuous Curve Design – This design eliminates the seams on the bottom of boats and improves hydrodynamics in the bow and stern. What this Warranty Covers: The Ten (10) year no fault warranty covers retail purchases on all AIRE branded boats against defects in materials, workmanship and user damage. This warranty covers the tubes, fabric, D-ring patches, AIREcells, valves and zippers to be functional and water worthy with the following stipulations: • This warranty can be void if the boat is structurally altered, used commercially or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric and/or accessories. • This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, abrasion, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage. The Period of Coverage: The boat is covered from the original purchase date for a period of ten years. What this warranty covers: The one (1) year limited warranty covers retail purchases on Tributary Tomcat and Sawtooth series kayaks against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. What this warranty does not cover: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal boat use, cosmetic wear, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage. If the damage is a manufacturer’s defect or faulty workmanship, we will pay the return shipping charge. If the damage is caused by general wear or normal use, you are responsible for the return shipping charge. AIRE, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by these warranties and the right to replace any discontinued model with a current model when necessary. RETURNS Product returns and warranty repairs must have a RA #. This number can be obtained by calling 800-247-3432. AIRE will evaluate all returns and perform repairs under warranty at no charge. All other repairs will be made for a reasonable charge. The customer is responsible for the freight charges to and from AIRE. Repaired products will be returned via UPS ground unless another shipping method is specified. Please use a shipping method that utilizes a tracking system for your own protection.
