This has enabled her to refocus her outcomes and priorities. “This year, we decided to turn the company from a for-profit into a social enterprise. As an organisation, we do not define our success in the profit we accrue, but in the social impact that we have. Many of our peer organisations restrict their learning resources for competitive advantage, however we want to continue to share our learning resources openly and freely.
