Flying High in PR Pilot PR is a London-based public relations agency specializing in luxury lifestyle, travel, spa and wellbeing. Charlotte Fraser, co-founder, caught up with us for a quick chat about the company.
What products and services does your firm provide? We deliver UK and international media campaigns integrating print, online and social media for our UK and international clients. We work with them very closely to advise on every aspect of their brand development and launch, and are also adept at repositioning and revitalising more established brands. We are also thrilled to have launched our bespoke ‘China Ready’ PR programme this year. This is specifically designed for clients who are looking to launch their brand as well as increase media exposure to attract audiences from key Chinese-speaking markets on Mainland China, and in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Our team is based in London and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

How would you describe your firm’s client base? We work with luxury travel companies, real estate developers, destinations, hotels, spas, creatives and entrepreneurs. They are predominantly owner operators. What factors make your firm unique? Great people and the depth of knowledge and experience of our team. We invest in ‘best in field’ and we offer senior consultancy

at every point of contact. Most of our team have an added career expertise beyond years working in public relations which our clients really value. What are the most significant challenges currently facing your business in the months and years ahead? Certainly Brexit, and the everchanging geopolitical landscape. That said, demand for our services has grown by 50% since the Referendum in June. Times of uncertainty can also yield huge opportunities and we leverage that. What are the main objectives for your business in the future? To continue loving what we do and championing great people and great brands. What business or business person do you most admire and why? We admire all our clients and that’s why we work with them. In terms of shaking up their respective industries, we are particularly delighted to be working with Larry Lipman and the team at Safestay Hostels; they really have raised the bar in affordable accommodation in the UK. Also, Hugo Shephard the Founder of Role Models for his visionary approach to childcare and holistic education.
