Overall, this unique project will help drive Optima to even greater success as the firm looks ahead to an exciting future where it can build upon its current success.

As sustainability has become increasingly important in architecture, Optima has imbibed this into the Kierland Center, and as such the vibrant articulated façade of perforated panels, louvers, and vertical landscaping system provide both sun protection and privacy to residential units. Energy conservation and CO2 emission reduction are achieved with high performance glazing, overhangs, building configuration, plant material, and exterior shading louvers and perforated panels.
