Over the past couple of years, AIESEC MoC has been ‘Restricted’. This restriction is due to the visa issues that requires more attention, focus & dedicated HR.

According to a rough estimate, every year we are losing out on 25% exchange due to visa problems. Imagine a role which brings 25% growth in exchange to AIESEC MoC. The responsibility is immense and the challenges range from a mere explanation of the role itself to many explorations that weren’t planned at all. This role is one of it’s kind in AIESEC network.
