AIESEC in a Nutshell
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential.
Our Vision AIESEC was found in 1948 after the Second World War by a group of students in Europe. Since then, the world has been changing faster than ever before. We believe that young people hold the key to a better future and they must learn to adapt quickly to solve global issues. This is why AIESEC strives for “Peace & Fulfilment of Humankind’s Potential”.
Our Mission We place our confidence in youth as the key to unlocking a better future. We believe that leadership is the fundamental solution and it can be developed in anyone. We define leadership as a summary of the following characteristics:

Being a part of AIESEC is like joining a massive community of globally-minded young leaders. People who want to grow their own potential while contributing to something much greater than themselves. We give you immediate responsibilities so you can learn by doing, step outside your comfort zone and experience both success and failures amongst a supportive community. If you’re keen on activating your potential and contributing to a mission that changes the world, then we’re looking for you. We can’t promise you that it’ll be easy, but it sure will be worth it.
Team Member Role
No matter your ambitions, we have a role for you. The experience of being a team member helps you understand how to solve complex problems, work in a team, developing your people skills and being able to communicate with others. Gain a greater sense of self-awareness your strengths and weaknesses. Realize your unique role and how you contribute to the bigger picture. Examples of roles range across sales, operations, marketing, finance and talent management.
Team Leader Role
Demonstrate your ability to lead others and challenge yourself to become responsible for the development of others. By leading others, you will grow your leadership potential to motivate others, run large teams, and access advanced training and development opportunities. You will gain a deeper understanding of your identity as a leader, and the ability to connect with a global network of youth and professionals. Examples of roles include functional team leaders, leaders of university chapters, and even leading a country or territory.

Incoming Exchange Management Corporate and NGO Sales, and International Talent Management In this team, you will work on creating social projects and internships for our volunteers and interns from all around the world, and facilitate the experience delivery to ensure leadership development is there.
Outgoing Exchange Management Overseas Experience and Customer Service By joining one of the outgoing exchange teams at AIESEC, you will be facilitating our global exchange programs and creating life-changing experiences for our local students in Thailand. The program that you will faciliate are Jump Out Program and Global Talent Program.

Back Office Portfolio Finance Governance and Sustainability Management Finance Officers are responsible for managing the financial resources of our committee, evaluating financial health andimproving program investments.
Marketing and Communication Content Creation and Market Analysis Marketing coordinators translate research and analysis into campaigns and contents that attract our student and corporate either physically or virtually.
External Relations University Engagement and Corporate Relationships Externals Relations Officers work to engage and look to partner with externals and corporates that help support our exchange programs and expand our reach and impact.
Talent Management Talent Nurturing and Empowerment Talent Management Coordinators are responsible for the people that makes up AIESEC. Whether it’s through designing tailored education materials, performance tracking, as well as the reward and recognition of members. The Talent Management Team firmly believes that there is no way to spend too much time on obtaining and developing the best people.

Complete Our Online Application As part of the selection process, you are required to complete our online application.

Interview and Assessment After submitted your application, our team will contact you to make an appointment for your interview and assessment.

Result Announcement A few days after the interview, our team will inform you about the result whether you are selected.

Induction Camp After being selected, to ensure you are equipped with required knowledge and skills for your role, we require you take take part in our induction camp.

Rock Your Role In this stage, you are now ready to start your AIESEC experience.
