Main Functions - Lead, manage, and track the area to execute customer flow - Ensure fulfillment of TS with team and S&S with customer - Ensure XPP alignment, customer loyalty, and good NPS - Accountability for LC2LC Cooperations - Downscale national and upscale local strategies - Ensure a good conversion rate - Audit delivery of contracts, quality, visa, and insurance - Guarantee LDA usage and analysis - Analyze markets and attraction/consideration strategies
