Part 1 What’s AIESEC?


WHAT’S AIESEC? “We are one of the world’s largest providers of highcalibre youth talent and volunteers. We develop the next generation of leaders and connect them with businesses

and NGO’s.” We proudly count a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and numerous world, business and NGO leaders amongst our one million strong alumni community. To date, we’ve delivered over 480,000 internship and volunteering experiences, and it’s all been led by young leaders who believe in making the world a better place.


Part 2 What’s AIESEC in BISU?


AIESEC in BISU Founded in 2007, AIESEC in Beijing International Studies University (BISU) is one of the oldest entities in Mainland of China and is a campus-based LC. It is located in Beijing. From 2015 to 2016, we have won two National Most Progressive Awards. We run totally four exchange functions and in the first half year of 2016, we achieved 100 exchanges, 44% relative growth on average. By the time of the winter of 2016, iGV has hosted 70+ incoming global volunteers.

Background With vast territory and different nature environment, China owns a large amount of wild animals. According to a survey, China has more than 5,250 kinds of vertebrate, which accounts for over 10% of the spices in the world. Among them, there are nearly 500 kinds of animal, 1,256 kinds of bird, 391 kinds of reptile, 280 kinds of amphibious animal, and more than 2,840 kinds of fish.

places to publicize the importance of protecting wild animals and appeal people say “NO” to ivory products.

Job Description 1.Have a visit to the NGOs in China, see how they works and whether we can learn from them. 2. Visit some famous places in Beijing, and experience some traditional Chinese culture. 3.Organize both off-line and on-line activities to make more people involve in this project. 4.Write articles or make short videos to show your feelings about the project and influence more people.
