SPICES AND OILS Turkish cuisine is one of the most richest cuisines in the world and it mostly contains spicy and oily foods with much sauce, because of that foreigners tend to find these foods heavy


TURKISH BREAKFAST Turks usually prefer a rich breakfast and it is the most important meal of the day. People prefer quick meals like bagels when they cant have breakfast. Nearly all Turkish breakfasts contain egg, olives, cheese, bread, and tea. Turks love tea and is consumed all the day.


MAIN COURSES Most popular main courses in Turkish cuisine are lahmacun, iskender, döner and kebab. They mostly contain meat


SOUPS Turks mostly consume soups like lentil, chicken, ezogelin and kelle paça soup. Kelle paça is the most known one because of its health benefits. It contains boiled parts of cow or goat, garlic juice and vinegar


DESSERTS AND SUGAR Turkish desserts are all delicious and worth to try. Those desserts are baklava, künefe, sütlaç, kazandibi, kadayıf and Turkish delight.
