This year FAU students were given the opportunity to join AIA Fort Lauderdale on their legislative day. The event aimed to advocate for our professional rights as young designers. The legislative day occurred on January 25th at the Capital Building located in Tallahassee, Florida. Board members had the honor to network with other AIAS chapters and meet inspring members of society such as the Mayor of Parkland, Christine Hunschofsky.
