The AIA National Photography Competition was founded to capture and honor architects, design professionals and architectural students whose amazing talents are showcased in their photographic interpretation of the designed environment.

The competition is open to all architects actively registered in the United States, AIA Associates, and architecture students at an accredited architecture school. License architects do not have to be an AIA members to enter.

Project Manager
DesignCell Architecture is a nationally recognized full-service architectural firm specializing in midrise hospitality and multi-family projects across the western U.S. Our firm is distinguished by the quality of our work and our commitment to meet our client’s budget and time objectives. We are in search of emerging and seasoned professionals to join our team. Hospitality and multi-family experience preferred.
We are in search of a strong Project Manager with excellent leadership skills and a collaborative work style. This role will lead and manage multiple successful projects through construction administration. This position is open to candidates in Las Vegas, NV and Scottsdale, AZ.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Provide project leadership and coordination for multiple projects
• Interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phases
• Resolve complex technical and design issues
• Set direction for the execution of project goals and objectives with project team and clients
• Manage project staffing, budget, schedule & scope
• Manage and mentor project team members - fostering collaboration, effective communication, and quality.
• Contribute to office-wide initiatives and to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
• Experienced: 7+ years of relevant hospitality and multi-family experience

• Strong technical knowledge of building codes and structures, principles/ practices & construction
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Software proficiency: working knowledge of Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam


• Detail-Oriented and Organized: perform quality management reviews and maintain records
