SHIPPING
Orders may be placed through our web site once a wholesale account has been established and a username and password have been created or via email to info@amyheitman.com. You can also find us on Faire. If shopping with us on Faire please use our direct link: https://amyheitman.faire.com
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All domestic and international orders ship USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping or if you’d like us to use your shipping account number. If you need your order expedited, please specify your desired time frame and we will do our best to accommodate you.
MINIMUMS Opening minimum: $150 Reorder minimum: $75
BACKORDERS
Minimum quantities per item/style may be found in the chart below.
All out of stock/ back ordered items ship free of charge when they are available. All backorders will be invoiced at same time as original purchase order.
P AY M E N T Payment is accepted via credit card or PayPal at time of order. Net 30 terms may be available upon request to existing customers with an established relationship.
PACKAGING Greeting card boxed sets are enclosed in clear box. Single cards are enclosed in a cellophane sleeve. All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.
C A N C E L L AT I O N S All sales are final. All damages must be reported to info@amyheitman.com within 10 days of receipt of order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations not made within 24 hours incur a 15% restocking fee.
