Terra Lanteigne had another tremendous two-game set for RIT as they went 1-0-1 against Syracuse in a homeSierra Burt had two goals and an assist as Lindenwood and-home series. She posted consecutive games with had a 1-0-1 weekend against CHA-leading Robert 40-plus saves. Lanteigne started with 40 saves in a 1-0 Morris. She had an assist on Lindenwood’s first goal of shutout victory on Friday, then posted 43 saves on Sata 2-2 tie on Friday, then came back with two goals on urday to preserve a 1-1 tie with the Orange. They were Saturday as the Lions took down the Colonials with a the eighth and ninth 40-save games of the season for 6-1 win. Lanteigne, including her fifth in the last seven games.

Rookie of the Week

Jada Burke – Lindenwood Freshman, Forward – Nepean, ONT/Nepean Wildcats Jada Burke had a goal in each game, including the game-winning goal on Saturday as Lindenwood took three points against Robert Morris. Burke opened the scoring for Lindenwood on Saturday then scored the second goal on Saturday, which stood as the game-winner.

COLLEGE HOCKEY AMERICA Monthly Awards Player of the Month Emma Nuutinen - Mercyhurst Junior, Forward - Vantaa, Finland/North Dakota Emma Nuutinen led the CHA in points in the month of January, totaling eight in just five games played. She had five goals and three assists, with one of her goals going as the game-winner against then-#9 Colgate. In fact, her best single-game performance of the month came against the Raiders, scoring four goals, including a shorthanded goal, to help the Lakers finish off a 1-0-1 weekend and subsequently earn the NCAA #2 Star of the Week.

Goalie of the Month Terra Lanteigne - RIT Junior, Goalie - Hatchet Lake, NS/Metro Boston Pizza Terra Lanteigne enjoyed an incredible month, going 4-2-0 with a 1.34 goals agianst average and a .963 save percentage. She was a two-time CHA Goaltender of the Week after sweeps of Brown and Syracuse. Overall, Lanteigne made 211 saves in six games, an average of 35.1 per game. In her final two starts of the month, Lanteigne made 77 saves on 80 shots in two close losses at league leader Robert Morris. She leads the nation in saves and is third overall in save percentage.

Rookie of the Month Lauren Bellefontaine - Syracuse Freshman, Forward - Kemptville, ONT/Nepean Jr. Wildcats Lauren Bellefontaine continues to pace all CHA rookie scorers with a fourpoint month. She netted one goal and added three assists for four points, raising her season totals to 6-9-15. Bellefontaine had a point in each of Syracuse's first three games, the last of which was a 3-2 overtime win over Robert Morris. She also had 13 blocks in eight games played.

• Lindenwood took a 2-2 tie and 6-1 win from Robert Morris. • In game one, Lindenwood grabbed a 2-0 lead after the first period on goals from Jada Burke and Nicole Guagliardo. • Robert Morris scored once in each of the final two periods to send it to overtime. • Sophie Wolf made 35 saves in net. • Game two started the same way, with the Lions getting first period goals from Megan Wagner and Burke for a 2-0 lead after the first. • The Colonials scored a power play goal in the second, but Courtney Ganske and Sierra Burt (on the power play) answered. • They tacked on two more in the third from Guagliardo and Burt for the 6-1 final. • Wolf had 41 saves including 19 in the third period. • Lindenwood blocked 25 shots for the game. • With two goals and an assist, Burt was named TLF Graphics Player of the Week. • Burke got TLF Graphics Rookie of the Week with two goals, inluding the game-winner on Saturday.
