Summative assessment Transdisciplinary Theme- Who we are Central Idea: The choices people make affect their health and well-being. Students will demonstrate their understanding of central idea ‌ Task 1: They played a quiz on healthy eating through an ICT tool -- Kahoot Task 2: They made posters and wrote slogans for being happy, healthy and balanced and give presentations to create awareness about healthy choices. Task 3: They presented food journal maintained during the unit and reflected on nutrients required to have a balanced diet. Strategy: selected responses and observations Assessment Tool:- Rubric

A thoughtful and appropriate action!! Sahana being caring, made a healthy menu for her mom when she was sick, including all the nutrients required to fight against diseases and told her to follow this menu to get well soon.
I have displayed self-management skills of informed choices and code of behavior .
