I have put another 1300 cows on DTX using the skills that I learned and retained/increased sales to several smaller herds that weren’t getting the desired results from DTX by discovering that their nutritionists had them on a lower level than recommended, so we increased to the full rate on those farms and saw a response.
Those results have impacted my life by making me feel like a more valued part of my customer’s operations as I build those relationships beyond genetics sales.
