This quote by “The Rock” very much encapsulates what All In is all about. All In is about showing up each week for the men and women across the U.S. and Canada that serve the livestock community. In April of ’23, we will be celebrating two full years of the All In program. That’s two full years of providing an hour-long platform where people who want to grow personally and professionally can have meaningful dialogue. The topics range from leadership and sales strategy to product discussions, and include workshops to improve communication and selling skills.

There are so many things that go into a commitment like this that people do not see, so I wanted to take a moment to thank some people for their hard work! Jamie Peth – Jamie is the mastermind behind the program. She has taught us how to do this thing each week. When others get down and question things, Jamie is the one who continually says, “Just keep showing up. You will make an impact.” Rob Hamaker – For having the courage to try something different and implementing the right team to make it happen! Kelly Bristle – Kelly has become the engine that drives this program. Kelly is the ultimate team captain. She’s organized and finds creative ways to help others who are not nearly as organized. Ah-hem…Thanks, Kelly. Nic Bradley – For helping us establish goals and a long-term vision for this program. Take a minute to send them a note and thank them if All In has made a difference for you!

Throughout the last two years, we have heard from numerous people that we have made a positive impact on their career, perspective on the industry, and even their lives. Honestly, that is the very definition of Success for the All In program. My personal goal is that we make a difference for at least one person every week when we go live with the call.
