College Overview RVCE(Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering) is one of the best private college located in Bangalore city – the Silicon Valley of India, Karnataka established in the year of 1963, affiliated to the VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) Belgaum and the institution is run by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST). College offers quality education with many varieties courses, 12 Under Graduate Engineering programmes, 21 Master Degree programmes and Doctoral Studies.
