ONGOING SUPPORT FROM OUR PROFESSIONAL TEAM
Our regional co-ordinators are in the community every day visiting clients and supporting staff.
Once your care begins, they will come to see you at home to introduce themselves. They will then visit you on a regular basis and arrange for you to have a weekly call from our o ce team.
Should you need advice and support, your regional co-ordinator and o ce-based coordinator will be your regular points of contact and will be with you every step of the way.
You also have the reassurance that we operate a 24/7 emergency on-call service for both you and our team.
Our ongoing support includes:
- Assigned point of contact throughout your care
- Weekly calls from our o ce team
- Regular visits from one of our care coordinators
- Round the clock emergency on-call service
