Whether you are enquiring for the first time, or already receiving care from us, our professional team is at the end of the phone to support you.
We employ and pay all of our care workers and are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). As a result, we have a duty of care to you.
Should your care worker fall ill or take holiday, we are responsible for finding someone to replace them.
What’s more, we guarantee the training, supervision and support of our care team. Other live-in care agencies offer introductory services that put you in contact with a self-employed care worker. They offer less protection and fewer guarantees.
