On 1 January 2021, stock options and warrant systems will be eliminated. A new scheme will be implemented to prepare for 2021, which will provide an employer with a participatory premium for workers. This premium will be deducted from taxable wages by the employer. If such requirements are met, the workers may be given a 50% exemption. The amount of the participation premiums, for example, for the previous year should not be more than 5 percent of the company's earnings.
