Established in 1997 and operates out of the Old Orchard in the grounds of Heathfield House. The centre raises awareness of Croydon's green heritage and helps to preseve the borough's biodiversity. It is a non-profit club, run by inventors and for inventors. Meetings take place on the second Tuesday of every month in the Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Everyone joins in, playing songs from our own songbook, from 60s classics to Bon Jovi, Radiohead, The Smiths and everything in between. Bring your own ukulele if you have one but we do have a couple of spares if you want to try it out. Absolutely all abilities welcome, from complete novices to good players.
