Hi! My name is Alyssa. I manage projects focusing primarily on the execution of mixed-use commercial, and multi-family residential developments. Most notably, I manage the Monroe Blocks Development set to bring in over 2 million GSF in entertainment, office, and housing to the business district of downtown Detroit. Hailing from Ann Arbor, I graduated with a Master of Architecture Degree and Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from the University of Michigan. My background is in construction project management, architectural and computational design, and real estate development. During my studies I served as the P/VP of AIAS (American Institute of Arch Students), Senior Advisor for VSA (Vietnamese Student Association), M.Arch Rep for the Arch Advisory Committee, Research Assistant at Stamps School of Art & Design, Student Ambassador for Taubman College, and member of the MI Real Estate Club at Ross School of Business. In my free time I love to cook, wine and dine, go to the gym, go on long hikes, and go glamping in my 10-person tent!
