Unique Solutions - Auger The one and only - Auger with Opti-Cut technology Entirely made of S355j2+N quality steel up to 20 mm thick In a mixer wagon, the mixing auger is an extremely important element because it is responsible for the quality and speed of prepared TMR. The innovative, spiral shape of EM Opti-Cut reduces mixing time and power demand by approximately 15%. Its considerable height and width combined with a large number of cutting knives ensures excellent forage parameters. The key advantage is hardened knives set at the right angles, additionally reinforced with washers to prevent damage. The number of cutting knives depends on the type of a mixer wagon and varies from 7 to 9 pieces per auger. As an option, knives welded with carbide can be used, which ensures longer operation. There is also the possibility of additional star knives (15 pcs per auger), which improve the quality of cutting and reduce mixing time.

FX SLIM
RINO FX SLIM is a unique solution that makes it possible to use the machine in narrow feeding corridors. Its compact design is a quick fix for any farm with a limited building space. We were aiming at creating a practical and reliable mixer wagon meeting our customer's demands. The attractive price, appropriate capacity and used components are perfect for small farms. Due to small dimensions it cannot be equipped with PVC conveyor belts or two-speed gearbox.

FXS HD
RINO FXS HD is the lowest single-auger mixer wagon on the market. The unique design of the machine lets the customers gain record low dimensions in relation to the available capacities. Achieving this was possible thanks to the use of an innovative bottom structure, which is thanks to placing the gearbox inside the tub. This solution allowed maintaining an optimal wall angle, and thus affects the quality and uniformity of mixed feed. The RINO FXS HD mixer wagon unrivaledly adapts to any type of building due to the choice of a total width of 2.1 m or 2.30 m.

FXL HD
RINO FXL HD is a line of machines for buildings with medium height restrictions. The compact size and low power requirement makes the machine work perfectly on most farms. In the FXL HD model, the axle was extended to the rear while maintaining the tub and the bottom structure of the standard model. An additional advantage of this location of the axle is the increased pressure on the tractor hitch and thus the increase in its pull. The design allows the use of front belt conveyors.

RINO HYBRID is an innovative mixer wagon dedicated mainly to customers who have tractors with low power (approx. 30 HP) or only one tractor with a front loader. During loading, mixing takes place only with the help of an electric motor. The distribution of feed is carried out in a traditional way - the machine is powered by a PTO shaft. By using an electric motor, the user reduces the amount of exhaust gas generated in the environment. Rino Hybrid can be equipped in almost identical way to traditional diet feeders.

Electrical mixer wagons - Electro
RINO ELECTRO is a stationary electric mixer wagon. It is possible to configure a single-auger or twin-auger wagon with a capacity of 10 m3 to 18 m3. The power of the electric motor depends on the machine's capacity. It is used on farms as well as in biogas plants. In the event of an electrical failure - the drive can be powered by a PTO shaft. The whole is operated using a simple - intuitive control panel.

Unique Solutions - Augers Perfect mixing in a short time The EM Puma mixer wagon is equipped with two horizontal augers with an outer diameter of Ø 500 mm. Made entirely of quality steel S355J2 + N, with a thickness of the spiral bladed 12 mm and 15 mm. The augers are spread over the entire length of the tub and set at an optimal angle to ensure an accurate cut to suit the requirements of the animals. The unique shape prevents the material from wrapping. The mixing system consists of two roller shafts equipped with cutting knives of exceptional durability, located on the circumference of the coils. The rotational speed of the shaft is 22.16 rpm. A very important advantage of the system is the extremely short work time to achieve the perfect consistency of TMR and the rapid fragmentation of entire bales.

Puma
EM PUMA is a unique model, created with perfect precision. The machine has an excellent cutting and mixing system with two horizontal augers, equipped with durable knives of special strength. Robust mixers, set at an optimal angle, ensure very accurate cutting and mixing, guaranteeing perfectly chopped forage. The construction of the car is made of quality steel S355J + N, where the lower part of the tub and the reinforcements at the discharge windows are made of 8 mm steel. The 10 mm thick bottom can be optionally reinforced with 2 mm thick stainless steel. The windows ensure perfect distribution of TMR, and the hydraulically adjustable PVC conveyor ensures even more precise distribution of the feed. The rear slot allows convenient filling of various types of nutritional additives. To ensure optimal operation, especially in difficult conditions, the wagon can be fitted with a reverse gear.

DG 400 Weight indicator for small and medium farms. Intuitive operation and easy to use thanks to quick access to all functions. It provides simple calibration adjustment to match the ideal weight.
DG 500 Programmable weight indicator for small and medium-sized farms. It has all the features of the DG400. You can enter 24 recipes, 18 ingredients (from a list of 48 ingredients). The indicator has an additional bottom screen where you can enter the component names when the keyboard is displayed. Controls Manual If the mixer wagon has more than one hydraulic section (additional window, belt conveyor, etc.), the control is carried out by means of mechanical levers from the tractor cabin.
Electronic MANUAL Convenient electronic control from the panel does not require the use of cables. Operation is done from the tractor cabin via electronic switches. As a standard, the system has emergency hand levers located on the mixer wagon's hydraulic divider.
Electronic SMART CONTROL Electronic wireless control of hydraulic functions with adjustable speed of a PVC conveyor. Provides wireless control from anywhere within the machine (100 m range). It supports all hydraulics, e.g. opening and closing of windows, activating PVC conveyors and regulating their speed. It can also be equipped with an emergency manual control. The device cooperates with SMART ICON software, an intuitive tool for programming all necessary functions.
