There are three payment plans available for Leonardo Bulding: • 30% reservation, followed by 6 equal payments of 5%. 40% is payable at handover. • 50% at reservation and 50% at handover (eligible for 5% discount). • 100% at reservation (eligible for 10% discount) 2. What additional purchase fees are there? No additional fees are required. 3. What is the handover date? The expected handover date will be in the third quarter 2017. 4. Can any nationality buy?
